With the heart and soul set on dining and service, we have long been a part of the hospitality industry. Spanning over 9 years of experience, it’s a burning passion that has been passed down through the community.
With an inherent desire to create food and to serve their guests, the group has opened several successful restaurants. With their first venue opening its doors 9 years ago, a lot of innovation had led to kebabs on Kingsway opening its doors in 2015.
Since then, Petra Lebanese cosine has created a network of supportive and loyal customers. Through the years, Petra has grown to not only become a staple of Kingsway at Caringbah but has proven to be one of the unique restaurants.

At the heart of the Petra Lebanese cosine is its dedicated and experienced staff. All our chefs have earned 5-star hotel kitchen qualifications and have experience and training in various locations across the middle east. Our chefs have trained very well and have gained invaluable knowledge which they use in the kitchen every day.
